Cheryl Jensen

Cheryl Jensen began writing about the auto industry in 1996. Her reports have appeared in the New York Times, Chicago Tribune, and Better Homes and Gardens magazine. She has covered rallies in South America, Australia, the 1992 Paris-Moscow-Beijing Raid, and in 1996 was the first American woman to finish the Dakar Rally. She has a bachelor's degree from George Washington University in Washington, D.C.

Herb Shuldiner

Herb Shuldiner is a veteran automotive writer specializing in engineering, technology and environmental subjects. He began covering the automotive beat in 1966 and is the author of hundreds of articles that have appeared in Popular Science, Popular Mechanics, Chief Executive magazine, Car and Driver and other publications. Shuldiner is based in New York and is a special correspondent for Ward's Auto World, Ward's Automotive Reports, wardsauto.com, and Ward's Engine and Vehicle Technology Update. He is a member of the International Motor Press Association and the Washington Auto Press Association.

Dave Van Sickle

Dave Van Sickle began an automotive career in 1957 starting as a co-op student at the General Motors Institute where he earned a BS degree in Engineering. He worked 22 years at General Motors in management positions ranging from engineering to manufacturing, assembly, labor relations, and manufacturing site selection and wrote numerous technical articles. He is the former editor-in-chief of the AAA auto buying guide and former director of automotive and consumer information at AAA. Van Sickle has appeared on the Today Show, Good Morning America, Dateline, CNN, and many local stations to discuss the auto industry. He is a juror for the North American Car and Truck of the Year. He currently resides in Manchester, Vt.
