Tom Keane's award-winning photojournalism career started in 1950 at the weekly Northeast Times in Philadelphia, Pa. He received numerous awards while working at the former Bristol (Pa.) Courier (currently the Levittown Times). He was the former Region 3 Director of the National Press Photographers Association. Keane joined the (Del.) News Journal in 1964 and began his test-drive reports in 1982. He launched the Motor Matters automotive syndicate in 1992. Keane is founder and President of AutoWriters Associates, Inc. based in Wilmington, Del.

Connie Keane has been test-driving and reporting on new cars since 1994. She has received racetrack and handling instruction from professional race drivers. Keane is an experienced radio and television broadcaster, having worked from 1980 through 1986 as a radio disc jockey in southern New Jersey, as well as TV anchorwoman and street reporter for the NBC-affiliate TV40. Keane is vice president and chief editor of AutoWriters Associates, Inc. in Wilmington, Del.
